Do you guarantee my business will succeed?
No — and be suspicious of anyone who does. Your outcome depends on your execution, your market, and your financing. What we do guarantee is the deliverable of every phase: a real feasibility study, a negotiated lease, a permitted buildout, a licensed and staffed opening. You pay 50% to start a phase and the balance when the deliverable is in your hands — and you can stop at any phase.
Are you a licensed contractor, broker, or lender?
No. We are consultants and coordinators. Construction is contracted directly between you and a licensed California general contractor. Real estate transactions are papered by your licensed agent or attorney, and loan decisions rest with the lender. Our job is to quarterback all of them so nothing falls through the cracks — that's the role a first-time owner is missing.
What happens if my loan isn't approved?
Phase fees pay for work delivered — the feasibility study, the lender package — not for outcomes we can't control. That said, the entire point of Phase 1 is to stop you before an unfundable deal, and Phase 2 packages are built to lender standards. If the numbers don't support financing, you'll hear it from us first, in plain language.
Why not just buy a franchise?
A franchise is a fine choice for some people — you're paying for a proven brand. But run the math: a $15K–$50K fee upfront, plus 5–8% of gross sales forever. On $1M a year, that's roughly $60K–$80K in royalties, every year. Launchpath is a one-time program, and the brand, the vendors, and every dollar of profit stay yours.
Can I hire you for just one phase?
Yes. Every phase stands alone with its own deliverable and pricing. Some clients only need the feasibility study to take to their family or lender. Some already have a lease and start at Phase 3. The Discovery Call figures out where you actually are.
How does the $350 Discovery Call work?
60 minutes on Zoom. You bring your capital position, your goal, and your questions; we give you straight answers on which business fits, what it really costs all-in, and what your path looks like. The $350 is credited toward Phase 1 if you move forward — and if the honest answer is "don't do this yet," you'll get that too.
